What value does your product provide them? In the case of Grab, the stakeholders are customers and drivers. A hierarchy flow defines the stakeholders at the top with a picture, followed by benefits below. The benefits are represented on the slide.

Template 9: Business Model

What value does your business deliver? What are your revenue streams? How do you manage customer relationships? A business model encapsulates all this information and more. It helps the investor understand how their investment will be used and how they will get their returns.
