Harassing conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Insults, epithets, or unfavorable stereotyping
- Threatening, intimidating, or aggressive behaviors
- Insulting jokes
- If anyone found with written or graphic material that criticizes or shows hostility toward an individual or group
And that is displayed on the employer's premises or circulated in the workplace, on company bulletin
Using company equipment by e-mail, phone (including voice messages), text messages, social networking sites, or other means to do so
Workplace Bullying includes but is not limited to:
- Bullying, whether verbal, written, or electronic, includes slandering, mocking, or maligning a person or their family, as well as continuous name-calling that is cruel, insulting, or humiliating
- Utilizing a person as a punchline for jokes and making nasty remarks
- Gesture Bullying: Using nonverbal threatening gestures or glances that might communicate wrong signals
- Excluding or ignoring a person in work-related tasks, either socially or physically
*The harassment and bullying may come from a supervisor, co-worker, or a non-employee who has a business relationship with the Company.
